Our Design Process

We ask a lot of questions. We take the time to assess your business, your competitors and your industry. We identify your audience, and research them, their language, their patterns, their needs. We find out what makes them tick, and what is relevant to them. We assess what things in their world look like. To present information effectively, we architect the site in a way that gives them what they are looking for immediately, and then compel them to go deeper.

Successful sites aren't just a series of clicks and facts, but an experience, a feeling, a relationship. Real communication.

Then we ask this question: "Can this be smarter, more different or more fun?" There are literally millions of sites on the internet, and while functionality is the foundation for all effective presentations, quality of experience determines how often your audience returns, how often they come back, and how much they get out of it.

Ideally, Two things will happen, they get information they want wrapped in an experience they enjoy, and you get your message out and build a stronger bond between you and your consumers.
